The theme for the L’Belle awards this year is - Celebrating African Tech Achievers. This theme is inspired by the excellent impact of Africans in the global tech world. We plan to celebrate the beauty in this glorious diversity while shining the light on Africans who are making impact around the world.
Celebrating African Tech Achievers
Through the challenges the world has been encountering in recent time and we believe 2022 holds great hope for the world as the vaccine continues to roll out is rich cultural diversity that exists across the African continent with regards to the people, languages, ethnicity, traditions, ability, nationality, religion, resources, history etc. We plan to celebrate the beauty in this glorious diversity while shining the light on Africans who are making an impact around the world.
SUBMISSIONS FOR THE L'BELLE AWARD ARE NOW BEING ACCEPTED
As the world begins to recover from the epidemic, the L'Belle is pleased to reopen entries and invite FASHION ICONS, DIGITAL INFLUENCERS, ENTREPRENEURS, SPORTS PERSONS, and those who have spent the previous year producing, launching, and promoting new products and companies to promote Africa.
PRIDE OF AFRICA
Our first ever Awards event, in the previous year, was chaired by the Nigerian Ambassador to France - Dr. Modupe E. Irele who graced our event. We also partnered with and received support from the Nigerian Embassy, UNESCO, FON and Fidossi Wines towards making the event a true success, with amazing delegations from these organizations in attendance
NOMINATION COMMITTEE
The L'Belle Award, like all major Awards Show organizations, seeks Industry Professionals to serve on the Nomination Committee each year. FASHION ICONS, DIGITAL INFLUENCERS, ENTREPRENEURS, SPORTS PERSONS, JOURNALISTS, and Governors from other Entertainment Awards make up the committee. The Nominees are chosen after the entries have been reviewed.
NOMINATION ELIGIBILITY
To become an “Official Nominee,” individuals and organizations that submit material for consideration must be, or become, an active member of the L'Belle Paris prior to the submission deadline. Additionally, membership must be up to date on to the date of the awards ceremony.
