Diplomatic community Mourns the Nigerian Ambassador to France, Amb. Kayode Laro

Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq of Kwara state has announced the death of The Nigerian Ambassador to France, His Excellency Kayode Laro. He died shortly after a brief illness in France.
The Governor, in his statement described the news as shocking and devastating, and prayed that Allah forgives him and grants him Al-Jannah Firda.
In a statement issued on Friday night, by his press secretary, Rafik Ajakaye, the Governor said that Ambassador Laros death, as a topflight career diplomat, was one sad event too many. He urged the family to be comforted by his legacy and contribution to the human capital development of Nigeria and Kwara state.

On behalf of the government and Kwara state, the governor sent his heartfelt condolences to the Federal Government of Nigeria, the diplomatic community, the Florin Emirate, his immediate and extended family.
